For SKIMS at Rockefeller Center, Rewild Landscape shaped the Channel Gardens into a vivid seasonal planting experience in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Layered, urban proof planting was composed for texture, bloom, and movement while supporting pollinators and biodiversity, creating a calm sensory counterpoint to the pop up architecture and the intensity of the city.
REWILD is curating the planting design of the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center. Six times a year, for Easter, Spring, Summer, Fall, Christmas & Winter we reimagine the planting design and palettes to propose different feels and interactive landscape environments to beautify the space and attract the attention of visitors. Special care is given to propose a robust urban-proof palette of plants that will also provide food and habitat for pollinators.
