These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of rewildlandscape.com (the “Site”), operated by Rewild Landscape, LLC (“Rewild,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a landscape and planting design studio based in New York City and Sagaponack, New York. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site presents our work and gives you a way to contact us. It has no user accounts, no online payments, and no online store. Our design services are provided only under a separate written agreement with each client, and these Terms do not govern that work.
You may browse the Site, share links to its pages, and contact us through it for your own personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
Contacting us through the Site, by email, or by phone does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party. Any design, consulting, or implementation work is governed solely by a signed agreement between you and Rewild. Information on the Site, including descriptions of our process, services, and typical fees, is general information, not a quote, a promise of availability, or professional advice for your property.
The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, drawings, and photographs, are owned by Rewild or by the photographers, collaborators, and clients who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. “Rewild,” “Rewild Landscape,” “Rewild Design,” “Rewild Plus,” and “Rewild Advisory” are names used by Rewild.
You may view the content and share links to it. You may not reproduce, modify, or publish our content, including project photography, without our written permission. For press or publication requests, contact us using the details in section 10.
Project pages describe design work by Rewild and, where noted, its collaborators. Architects, clients, and other collaborators retain rights in their own work, and naming a client, collaborator, or publication does not imply that they endorse the Site or Rewild. Planted landscapes change over time, so photographs and descriptions show a project at a particular moment.
The Site links to websites we do not control, such as press articles, social media profiles, and project partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site and how we use it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and Rewild consent to their jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and applies from that date.
