Designed as a woodland retreat in Sagaponack, this residence is an immersive landscape where planting and hardscape are crafted as one. Rewild composed a sequence of outdoor rooms connected by naturalistic circulation, using layered, native-forward planting to support biodiversity and amplify seasonality. Under canopy and in clearings, texture, fragrance, and shifting light shape a sensory experience that feels intimate, restorative, and increasingly alive over time.

ReWild designed the landscape for this planted oasis located in the woods in Sagaponack, NY.
The proposed landscape is embedded in the existing white oak forest and is composed of a palette of deer resistant plants that will thrive with minimal maintenance. The plant palette is rich and will attract pollinators while bringing year-round interest through colors and textures.
