Marie working in collaboration with Enea Landscape Architecture created the planting palette for rich, yet sleek planting zones of the Grand Banyan Resort, a hotel surrounded by a lush jungle in the center of Hong Kong.
Grand Banyan celebrates the unique landscape situation of Hong kong perched between sea and jungle. The Resort gardens are composed of many areas all characterized by different plant textures and scents, creating a unique experience of exaltation of the senses for the guests. The planting collection is showcasing the rich and magnificent sub-tropical flora of the place. The palettes are very diverse using a majority of sub-tropical plant species accompanied by lush tropical and textured mediterranean plants creating a vibrant, fragrant and colorful greenscape.
